Terms, briefly

• Your posts stay yours. Posting one gives Gabbin permission to store it, display it, resize a photo and make the technical copies needed to run and moderate the site. It doesn't hand over ownership.
• Don't rely on any of it. Everything here is written by members of the public and none of it is checked for accuracy. A deal might have ended. An event might be cancelled. A recommendation is one person's opinion.
• Posts can be removed. Any post can be hidden or taken down, and any device blocked from posting. Usually there'll be a reason and you can ask for it, but nobody is promising to justify every decision.
• Follow the house rules. They're on the About page and they're the actual terms of using this. Repeatedly ignoring them gets your device blocked.
• It might not be here tomorrow. This is a personal project run by one person. There's no guarantee it stays available and no compensation if it doesn't.

If you think a post is about you

Email hello@gabbin.co.uk with a link to the post and what the problem is. Posts that name or identify an individual are against the rules and come down. If you think something is defamatory, say so and it'll be taken seriously rather than argued about.

Which law

Gabbin is run from England and these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
